How to Print Reports in FrontPage version 2002

With Microsoft FrontPage® 2002 users can generate reports about their websites including special usage analysis reports. All these Reports are available for viewing from within FrontPage. All of these reports except two, (Usage Summary and Site Summary), can be saved or copied and pasted into other Microsoft Office programs. For example, you can save a report as an HTM file, then open and edit or print it in Microsoft Excel.

To print a report of your Web site, open your Web in FrontPage 2002 and do the following:

  1. In the View menu, point to Reports, and then select the report you want to run.
  2. In the File menu, click Save As….
  3. Save the report in your web as an HTM file (it will be saved in Microsoft Excel HTML format).
  4. In Folder List view (or any other view except Tasks view), double-click on the newly created file to open it in Excel for editing and printing.

Tip: To quickly copy a report to paste into another Microsoft Office program, such as Microsoft Excel, right-click anywhere in the report, and then click Copy Report.
