Add Shared Borders to your bCentral E-commerce Web in FrontPage 2002
With Microsoft FrontPage® 2002, you can change the look of your e-commerce
Web product catalog by adding shared borders to the template pages in the
Catalog Templates folder of your FrontPage-based Web site. The Catalog Templates
folder contains the product list and product detail template pages that store
the information controlling how your catalog pages and product information
appear in the browser.

To add Shared Borders in your bCentral e-commerce Web, open it in FrontPage
2002 and do the following:
- In Folder List view, go to the Catalog Templates folder and
open the file Catalog.htm.
- To add Shared Borders from Page view, go to the Format menu
and select Shared Borders.
- In Shared Borders, select Top, Left, Right and
Bottom check boxes as desired.
- To include navigation buttons, select the Include navigation buttons
check box under the border in which you want navigation buttons.
- To apply shared borders only to your catalog pages, under Apply to:,
select Current page, then click OK.
- Repeat steps 1 through 5 for each of the template pages in the Catalog
Templates folder.
- To apply shared borders to your entire Web site including the product
catalog, under Apply to:, select All pages, then click OK.
Tip: All changes to your product pages must be made only to files in
the Catalog Templates folder. Do not make changes to pages in the
Catalog folder. The E-commerce wizard deletes these pages and regenerates
them each time it is run, and any modifications made to these pages will be
overwritten.
