Develop An Email Newsletter-Step 4 (cont) That's better! Now, I need to add the date and my quip. I will need to add a row to my header table and then merge the two bottom cells to make one cell for the quip. To add the third row to the header table I click inside the last cell on the right and hit the tab key. There are other ways to do this, but none are easier. To merge the two bottom cells, I click inside one of the cells and drag the cursor over the other cell. They will both turn black when they are selected. At that time, I right-mouse-click and choose "Merge Cells" from the menu box that appears. See below for the results so far.
As soon as I click off the table, the black highlight will disappear. Okay. Now I have the two cells into which I will insert the date. Again, I have chosen fonts and resized as needed to get the look I am after.
