Archive the newsletter

Now that your newsletter is finished, I suggest that you incorporate it as a part of your Web site. All you have to do is transfer a copy of the newsletter file to your Web server and create a hyper link to the newsletter from some other page in the Web site. Over time you will accumulate a nice bunch of pages with relevant content that will offer added value to your Web site visitors.

To make your archived newsletters easier to navigate, you might also wish to add a hyperlink to the footer section that is connected to the newsletter index.

The final step is send the newsletter out.
